We offer chauffeured transportation services in our meticulously maintained, garage kept fleet of sedans, SUVs, minibus shuttles, and stretch limousines.  Our certified professional staff will help you determine your needs, accommodate any special requests, and find the perfect vehicle(s) for you. Whether you need us for airport transfers, bachelor/bachelorette party transportation, wedding day transportation, or anything else you can dream of, we guarantee you a world class experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How early should I book?


Because we are only able to reserve dates and vehicles after a deposit has been received, we do recommend booking as soon as possible. As soon as your plans are definite, just give us a call, send us an email, or fill out our quote form and we will begin the reservation process. For event transportation, we recommend booking at least six to nine months in advance. Note: April through September and weekends are the busiest time for limousine companies. Certain situations like booking during prom season and the Kentucky Derby can increase the difficulty of finding available vehicles.




Can I see the vehicles before making a reservation?


Absolutely - we are proud of our fleet and love showing it off! Frequently, we will attend local bridal shows and other events to allow couples and their family members the opportunity to 'try before they buy.' If you are unable to catch us at one of these events, you may also call us to schedule a showing. We do ask that you make an appointment ahead of time so we can plan accordingly for your visit and ensure that the vehicles you are interested in are on site.




How long should I book the vehicle for?


This question is entirely personal! The easy answer: for as long as you want it! We are more than happy to put individualized packages together for you based on your needs. We do offer discounts for extended bookings (5+ hours) and multi-service bookings. To help aide you in determining your transportation needs, think about the following: - Identify pre-wedding transportation (Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, bridal showers, etc) - Identify your wedding day locations (photo, ceremony, reception, hotel, airport, etc) - Identify the number of people who require transportation (bridal party, parents, wedding guests, etc) - Identify any special needs for the elderly or guests with disabilities - Identify the time between ceremony and reception




How does the booking process work?


We want this to be as easy on you as possible to help reduce the amount of stress you face preparing for the wedding day! Step One: When you are ready to reserve your transportation, fill out our online character agreement. Step Two: We collect a 50% deposit after the charter agreement has been submitted to reserve your date and vehicle. Step Three: You receive a text message and an emailed invoice confirming your date, time, and locations. After reserving your ride, you have up until the date of your service to remit full payment. With the emailed invoice, you have full access to pay your remaining balance anytime, anywhere. We accept cash, check, and credit for payment.




What is your cancellation policy?


All deposits for chartered (hourly) services are non-refundable. For mileage based taxi and black car services: we prefer 2 hours prior to pick up time. In the event where you need to cancel after the vehicle has already left our garage, we may bill you for the used miles.




Can we drink alcohol in the vehicle?


Indiana law dictates that alcohol may be consumed in the passenger compartment of vehicles so long as there is a partition... so yes! Bring as many coolers loaded up with your favorite beverages as you would like. Sadly, this does not apply to our standard sedans or SUVs as they do not have a partition.




Do we need to tip?


We believe gratuity should be a reflection of the service received. And therefore, gratuity is a large portion of a chauffeur's pay. Better service lends to bigger tips. When determining your tip amount, reflect on the following: - How was the quality of the service you received? Were all of your needs met? - Did your chauffeur make your group feel special and appreciated? - How was your chauffeur's driving? Did you feel safe throughout the entire trip? Was their driving smooth like water flows? - Was your chauffeur punctual and on time? - Did your chauffeur always maintain professionalism and an excellent attitude? Industry standard is 20%, but it is not uncommon for a chauffeur to receive more when delivering the exceptional service we are known for.
